![]() Our Foundation Gymnastics Classes are the first level in our junior programme and are designed to give children a good foundation in the sport of gymnastics. The hour long sessions consist of a warm up followed by three gymnastics activities focusing on improving, balance, coordination and strength as well as learning basic gymnastic skills. |

![]() The session is run by qualified gymnastics coaches provided by City of Newcastle Gymnastics Academy and paid for by the Club. The structured sessions vary each week but follow a general structure of: warm-up game; stretches; floor basics; conditioning; 2 pieces of apparatus; free time at the end usually about 30 mins. |

Tameside School of Gymnastics specialise in womens artistic gymnastics and are an invitation-only club. Working along Tameside School of Gymnastics we hold trials for our gymnasts to try out for the places held for Active Tameside gymnasts. |
